Bob was born in 1953.  Always surrounded by family that thrived in the building industry he was a natural to follow a building career.  Bob was apprenticed as a mason to his grandfather's business in 1970.  With careful tutelage by 6 uncles he became an expert stone and brick mason.  He later worked for 6 more construction companies gaining years of experience with new home and remodeling construction.  His last employer, before joining the family business was an "old time" stone mason who taught Bob the details of stone masonry.

In 1982 Bob joined the family business with his father Urban and brother Dean.  All foundation and mason work for the family business is supervised by Bob.  Bob’s current position is project manager.  He coordinates schedules and supplies along with site supervision to ensure quality and timely goals.

Prior to becoming a Certified Remodeler Associate (CRA) in the masonry trade.  In 1995 Bob became a Certified Remodeler.  He is one of only two persons in the Milwaukee/NARI chapter to advance their careers by taking the written exam from CRA status to full CR.

Bob is past president of the East Troy Lions.  Bob is married to Lou Ann and the father of Nick.  An avid amateur ballroom dancer you will see he and Lou Ann around town "cutting the rug".
